Staff Training
Heath & Safety and compliance-related refresher training (safeguarding, GDPR, etc.) are undertaken through the Smartlog system for employees and volunteers:
Sickness and Absence
Absence from work should be notified personally, where possible, by leaving a message on the absence line. A courtesy message to your departmental leader could also help operationally. Grievance
All employees are treated first and foremost as people with individual needs and expectations and any individual’s problems are dealt with openly, promptly, fairly, frankly and as near to the source as possible.
