Generally, we adopt the policies as recommended by HR Department of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as RBWM is the employer of our staff.

Working Together on Workload

The school's leadership is committed to keeping workloads at pragmatic and manageable levels while ensuring that there is no drop in effective feedback or teaching. Staff Training

Sickness and Absence

Absence from work should be notified personally, where possible, by leaving a message on the absence line.  A courtesy message to your departmental leader could also help operationally. All Saints CE Junior School is a voluntary controlled school and its staff are employed by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (RBWM).  Consequently, information regarding the amount of facility time taken each year by staff who are union officials is published on the RBWM website:
