While COVID-19 restrictions persist, access to the school grounds is subject to a one-way system during peak hours. Entry is via the Lower Playground pedestrian gate (off Denham Close) and exit is via the Westborough Road pedestrian gate.
This one-way system applies between 8.25am and 9am and 2.55pm and 3.40pm: outside those hour, access is via the Westborough Road pedestrian gate.
Children start and finish at the following times, according to their family name/surname:
Surname in the range A - F:
Surname in the range G - O:
Surname in the range P - Z:
If parents/carers are dropping off children in the morning, it is recommended that they leave their child at the Lower Playground pedestrian gate and avoid entering the grounds. If a child needs accompanying by a parent, only one parent is permitted on the grounds. Children and parents should not congregate on the playground, with pupils going directly to their classrooms. Parents cannot meet teachers on classroom doorways and should, instead, direct-message teachers using ClassDojo.
If you are visiting the school, we require all adults to maintain strict social distancing at 2m: where this cannot be maintained, you will be asked to wear a face-covering.
Otherwise, this is our Risk Assessment:

Parents and Carers will need a ClassDojo account in order to communicate directly with a Class Teacher.
While COVID-19 restrictions persist, face-to-face meetings will not be possible. However, we are happy - when issues cannot be addressed through ClassDojo - to offer video meetings (through Teams or Zoom) or telephone conversations. Often, meetings will be recorded for safeguarding and training purposes.
Please fill in this form to contact us via the School Office. Our service standard is to respond to electronic communications within 3 working school days. A working school day is considered to be the time during which a pupil should be in school: 8.50am – 3.30pm on a term day. This does not include INSET days or any time that the school is closed, including weekends or holidays. If a message is received after 3.30pm on a school day it is deemed to have been received on the next working school day and, in certain circumstances, when a full response will not be possible inside 3 days, the school will acknowledge the message and indicate when a fuller response is likely. Thank you.
