Pay & Conditions
Alongside our pay policy are the current pay scales (we pay using the RBWM scale as the rates can be more advantageous to teachers on pay bands which are not at their grade's maxima or minima, when compared to the National scale) as well as national pay and conditions documentation.
All our teachers are appraised under a performance management system. Targets (related to classroom results, leadership and professional development) are agreed between a teacher and their Line Manager in the first Autumn half-term and a regularly reviewed throughout the year. All possible support is given to help individuals meet their targets.
Capability & Disciplinary
Our general disciplinary procedures are those as laid down by the employer of school staff, RBWM. Further capability procedures apply to teachers.
