Our staff capability policy as well as staff discipline, conduct and grievance procedures, including our statement of procedures for dealing with allegations against staff, may be found here. Generally, we adopt the policies as recommended by HR Department of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead as RBWM is the employer of our staff.

Staff Training

Sickness and Absence

Absence from work should be notified personally, where possible, by leaving a message on the absence line.  A courtesy message to your departmental leader could also help operationally. Grievance

All employees are treated first and foremost as people with individual needs and expectations and any individual’s problems are dealt with openly, promptly, fairly, frankly and as near to the source as possible.
