Free School Meals

Free School Meals are provided to pupils of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Schools whose parents/carers are in receipt of the following qualifying benefits:

  • Income Support (IS)
  • Income Based Jobseekers Allowance (IBJSA)
  • Support under part VI of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1999
  • Child Tax Credit only and whose annual income (as assessed by the Inland Revenue) does not exceed the threshold set by the Treasury.
  • Those parents/guardians receiving Working Tax Credit are not eligible for free school meals
  • Guaranteed element of State Pension Credit.
  • an income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)

If you qualify for free school meals you can download the above application form. Alternatively please don’t hesitate to contact the school office for further information.

Please note: Your free school meal entitlement will commence from the date your form is received and verified by the school.

School closes for the mid-term holiday at 3.30pm on Thursday 19th October and re-opens at the usual time on Monday 30th October. We hope everyone has a lovely break.
