6 WILD DOG - Mrs Hurley

Welcome to our class page!

Rhos Week

Pupils who are not attending the residential trip will be completing fun activities based on the theme 'dinosaurs'.

We will also be enjoying our local area - Tuesday morning will involve a walk to Grenfell Park and some of Friday afternoon will be spent at Oaken Grove Park.

Remember to wear trainers on both days and have PE kits in school everyday!

A few reminders about Year 6...

Homework:

Mondays and Wednesdays - English

Tuesdays and Thursdays - maths

You should spend approximately 30 minutes on homework tasks - if you finish quickly, practise more of the same by making up similar questions of your own.  All homework is due in the following day.

Don't forget, you can always log into My Maths or Purple Mash for extra online activities to keep your brain busy!

PE in Autumn 2:

Outside on Mondays and inside on Thursdays.

Please bring kits in on Mondays and take them home to be washed on Fridays.

Every Y6 pupil knows the importance of staying hydrated during the day, so please make sure you all have a water bottle and that you take it home each night for a good clean.

Beautiful paintings inspired by Henri Rousseau's 'Surprised'.
