In RE, we're studying Sikhism and the importance of the Guru Granth Sahib. We spent the afternoon at the Maidenhead Gurdwara! We all covered our heads and spent time in a special room where the holy book is kept. Did you know they even put it to bed at the end of the day? Year 5 were so quiet, calm, reflective and respectful so we were very proud of each other.
